ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days. During periods of high demand, limited releases, custom orders, or inventory replenishment, processing times may extend to 10–14 business days. Customers will be notified if a significant delay occurs.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
cuero. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, cuero. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cueromx.com and include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
